The question I have is about a client who has "brownies" he has been using when he wakes up at night to get back to sleep. Now he is having difficulty sleeping through the night without them.

Has anyone had any experience with clients who are using cannabis for sleeping.

Apparently he checked with his doctor and he is healthy. He wants to be able to sleep through the night without relying on these "brownies".

I did some research and it appears that the brownies can actually make it harder to sleep well but this effect only lasts a short time if the person quits which is good news as he has already decided to do that himself. So it is just a case of creating good sleep habits.
