Hi, I have recently been certified with Level 1 and 2. I have a client for weight loss. She has so many issues, she overeats constantly, doesn't eat properly, has poor time management, doesn't exercise, and gets depressed over it all. My question is, should I attack only 1 problem at a time or incorporate one large script and do repetitive scripts to get to the issue. I have had other weight loss scripts, but she doesn't seem very co-operative when I try and get her to own her plan and to make changes.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Tracy

Iknow what I would do!

I would regress her on the overeating issue if that is the main problem (I don't know as I didn't have the pretalk with her) and get those problems solved first -
The overeating seems like its the problem from what you say here...

Scripts - They are ok as "boosters" etc. But if you want to solve something bigger - Get into the problem - Regression - Forgiveness - Inner child - etc. works like a charm -
Maybe you should take a look at Cal Banyans work in "5 and 7 path" and or Gerald Keins work. Also maybe a bit of Parts Therapy (Roy Hunter)

So solve the problem - Not the symptom - That gives lasting results
