One of my favorite inductions I have adapted is one I learned from Ron Eslinger which he calls HVH Progressive Relaxation. It has the hypnotherapist counting backwards while the client imagines tracing the next number down while paying attention to their breathing and saying to themselves with each inhale, "relax", and each exhale, "deeper". It certainly keeps the client's mind busy.

I've received excellent feedback from clients.

In Dave Elman's book "Hypnotherapy" he discusses a modification to the number drop. The modification is an arm drop technique, where they forget their own phone number. I have used this on a number of clients and find it works quite well when the clients are more resistant. It seems to get them more actively involved.

Helo @ All,

I´m a new German member since Mai 2013.

Really like to read about your experience.

Hopfully i can lern more about hypnosis.

And i really like speed induktions. For my experience is a very fast and easy way for the klient to fall in Hypnosis.

Especaly when they do the first experince with hypnosis.

Maybe that meets their mysterious prejudices? 😎

Have a nice day and fell well.
